Scope of Work: The project scope included the following key deliverables:

1. Customization Support: Implemented support for print and embroidery designs, allowing users to customize their apparel.

Created a second wizard allowing users to choose designs first, then apparel, to enhance flexibility.

3. Predefined Programs: Developed predefined programs that preselect apparel and designs, skipping the wizard for an easy checkout process.

4. ERP Integration: Integrated ERP systems to sync products, inventory, and orders, ensuring seamless operations.

5. Production Management:

 

Implemented print screen management for managing screen numbers, burning, and erasing screens for production.

 

Developed an embroidery design embellishment module to manage colorways and steps for embroidery design printing.

 

Created a print design embellishment module to manage print design colorways.

6. Reorder Management: Enabled quick reordering of previously ordered apparel and designs without going through the entire wizard.

7. Colorway and Backorder Management: Implemented robust colorway and backorder management systems to handle complex ordering scenarios.

8. Comprehensive Reporting: Provided detailed catalog, backorder, and production PDF reports for better business analytics.
