Specific Goals and Objectives: Giftush aimed to create a robust multi-vendor marketplace with the following objectives:

  • 1. Multiple Vendor Integration: Allow vendors to register, publish products, and manage their stores independently.

  • 2. Customizable Shopping Experience: Provide users with the ability to customize their gifts, including vouchers and product pictures.

  • 3. Efficient Marketplace Management: Implement features for the admin to manage vendors, customers, orders, and transactions effectively.

  • 4. Enhanced User Engagement: Increase user engagement with features like favorite lists, abandoned cart notifications, and product locators.

  • 5. UI/UX Improvements: Ensure a seamless and attractive user interface and experience.


Scope of Work: The project scope included the following key deliverables:

1. Multiple Vendor Integration:


Vendor Registration and Management: Vendors can register on Giftush and manage their product listings, return policies, shipping info, and about us sections.


Vendor-Specific Features: Vendors can create polls, define allowed shipping methods, maintain statistics, and use the Get Response Email API Plugin.

2. Customizable Shopping Experience:


Voucher and Product Customization: Users can customize vouchers and product pictures, with tools for picture cropping and embedding YouTube videos.


Favorite List: Users can add products to their favorite list for easy access.


Abandoned Cart Notifications: Automated emails are sent to users who abandon their carts, encouraging them to complete their purchases.

3. Efficient Marketplace Management:


Commission Structure: The admin can set fixed or percentage commissions on each order placed.


Checkout Customization: Users can place separate orders for each cart item, providing flexibility in purchasing.

4. Enhanced User Engagement:


Product Locator: Helps users find the location of products.


Mobile Popups and Product Page Tabs: Popups and tabs are added based on events to enhance user interaction.

5. UI/UX Improvements:


Design Enhancements: UI/UX changes for an improved and seamless website design, ensuring a better user experience.
